Absolutely incompetent company wait 4 weeks for order, customer service unfriendly and incompetent, after 3 important back and forth that brought nothing, no goods and no money was refunded and no information from Media Markt. An internet fraud complaint is being filed .... really sad

Unfortunately, I only have to give it 1 star (although I was very happy that a Media Markt is opening in Wolfsberg). 1. The shop is very small, there are very few products compared to the other branches, but not that bad. The problem is that the employees have no idea what product I wanted to buy, the employees couldn't tell me anything about it. And the best answer I got from the staff is that I look on the Internet to see what the product can do. What the hell are the staff there for? Only as a DECO
