Beautiful, scenic, peaceful cozy home near Millstätter See and lush green Austrian forest. The entire property has a huge periphery. The owner's live across the street. The rental has two flats on two floors. Both flats can be rented together or separately since both can be separated through doors (there are two entrance doors). The rental has all the basic things one could need. A TV, equipped kitchen, dinning table, hot water and heaters for winter. There are 3 beds in the bed room and the big sofa in the living room could also be used for sleeping (if needed). So even 4 people could easily share one flat (1 BHK). We woke up everyday with a beautiful view of sheep's with lake in the background on the right side and on left a little walk could get us to the forest. The sheep Poopey was always out greeting people. There is a free to use table tennis board, a big seating table, a barbecue grill and plenty of other seats. There's even a eco-chilled beer area where cold water from mountain flows through beer racks keeping them cold always (pay as you like between 1-2 € per beer). :D :D A little walk towards the woods through a bike path took us to a scenic view point with a beautiful view of Millstätter See and the town. The owner's were amazing. There were a lot of hiking routes near the location which could be reached easily by car. Preferably purchase some food if you do not plan to drive to restaurants for each meal (e.g. spending a rainy day at home). I would love to visit the place again, hopefully spend many summers there. :D :D
