I wanted to have a bone conduction hearing aid for my 11-month-old baby (he has a one-sided microtia). I am very sorry that I have to write this because the seller was very nice. He gave us a hearing aid without adjusting it. Of course my baby immediately cried since it was wrong and set too loud my son always tried to leave the seller said we should force our child to wear it he only needs time to get used to it I then tried this hearing aid myself and it was the one pure torture a single squeak and rustle but the seller assured me that it already fits and my son perceives it completely differently drove to another store in Treibach where they told us that this hearing aid setting on Kö physical injury limits they then took 2 hours to set the device correctly they paid close attention to my son's reactions and with this setting we had no problems anymore my son does not cry when he wears it and does not try to tear it off I am so angry on this seller he just wanted to make money with us with no effort. I can not judge how Neuroth deals with adult customers but if you have small children I can only advise you to go somewhere else you can not tell what is good for you and what you do not need very competent and sensitive staff
