Probably the rudest and most incompetent service I have ever experienced. I had a really urgent concern about my cell phone, the lady in the shop couldn't even begin to help me - it's a shame, I only drove about 40 km to hear that this would not be her problem, I should call the service hotline. If the job is not fun for her, she should change it - it's a cheek to let this lady loose on customers.

There is only one person in this shop who is customer-oriented, hard-working and nice. It's a shame that there is an employee who pulls the whole store down. MOST UNFRIENDLY, horrible employee I have ever met. My personal experience is that she doesn't care what problem you have and absolutely does NOT know what to do when you call, didn't even ask for my name and password and just hung up. The hotline says the opposite as the "employee". No desire to get involved in any way or to make an effort. It also made my girlfriend desperate. Judging by the other contributions, I am not alone in my opinion. Please look for another job my dear, maybe with stones or alone in the forest with trees. It is a shame that there are no consequences after so many bad reviews.

Invoices cannot be viewed or downloaded in detail - except for the total, nothing is visible! The same applies to the proof of individual interviews - which is of course only available for the current month (this is very helpful for an invoice from the previous month). Unfortunately, you can only get in contact with Mangenta via the numerous hotlines - where the help is almost as good as the German language skills of the service staff! Unfortunately, there is only the way to a Mangenta Shop - what the competence of the employees on site looks like remains to be seen! PS: Mangenta can rest assured - with other mobile phone providers, the customer service is almost on the same level! Hello Mangenta team! Don't get the criticism wrong now! I haven't been to your shop yet - my above criticism is directed against the generally miserable customer service of the Mangenta Group! The customer area of ​​the homepage is extremely dubious - the simplest queries don't work! Everything is described so beautifully flowery on the invoices - but in reality it looks very different! And believe me - I am quite capable (also because of my previous career in IT) to deal with such problems! You will look for a "normal" email address in vain anyway! Due to these serious problems, however, you are unfortunately forced to grapple with telephone support! OK, this telephone support is a horror with almost all providers, you spend what feels like hours on hold only to find out that the other person with a bad knowledge of German cannot help you anyway! Now you have to visit your shop personally for the simplest concerns, this is unnecessary and time-consuming! None of this would be necessary if Mangenta's website were programmed reasonably professionally. In anticipation of a professional solution or information in your shop, I remain with LG for the time being!
