I was on vacation with 5 friends (20 to 25 years) for 1 week at Ms. Friday's. The stay was absolutely perfect from the beginning to the end. On arrival, Ms. Friday showed her hospitality -> We got to the accommodation way too early. After a short consultation with Ms. Friday, she informed us that she would get our accommodation ready as soon as possible -> said done. We were able to move into our accommodation at 2:30 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. to the accommodation: we had the holiday home (Ms. Friday also offers holiday apartments) The holiday home is divided into a hallway, kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including toilets, extra toilet, 2 balconies First I want to mention that the whole house was absolutely clean (really everywhere!). The facility is a bit older, but leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is well equipped: 4 hotplates, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, sink, all kinds of cooking utensils as well as dishes and glasses, as well as dishwashing detergent, cleaning sponges, tea towels and brooms. -> kitchen top Both bedrooms were equipped with a small TV and enough cupboards for clothes that you had brought with you. 1st bedroom: double bed + 1-man bed 2 Bedrooms. Double bed + balcony The two bathrooms including toilets + extra toilet were very clean, as mentioned. Towels and toilet paper were also available. The living room was very spacious, also equipped with a larger TV. The living room leads to the 2 balconies which offer a wonderful view of the lake. The living room invites with its large table (6-8 people) as well as couch and coffee table to sit together comfortably and to play evenings. The couch can be used as an extra bed. Location: very, very good location -> the following can be reached in 5 minutes on foot + right on the bike path + approx. 50 m to the lake (unfortunately no lake access) + therefor a seaside pool including 3 beach volleyball courts + Bath house (wellness, sauna, ...) + Billa + Kap 4613 (Seebar) reachable in 10 minutes on foot + City center + Pizzeria including bowling alley ... around the lake: + Mini golf courses + Diving and surfing schools + Tennis, golf + Mountain bike trails + Seeradweg ..... There is also a torture museum at Sommeregg Castle and a go-cart system / paintball system / archery range nearby. (Car or bike) To go: G2 Discotheque -> reachable by car or taxi in approx. 15 minutes The only small minus point is the busy street near the house (but not dangerous for small children, as it is separated from the house) -> in my opinion not very bad, as the windows seal well. Ms. Friday also offers a small, cozy garden and bicycles to borrow for free. Bicycles you have brought with you can be stored in the garage. Parking spaces are also available. All in all, I can only recommend the house on Friday. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. She is always available for any questions. The accommodation is well equipped. The location is also very good. The price-performance ratio is more than just good. A short word about the previous 1-star ratings: I absolutely cannot understand them -> I and my friends visited Ms. Friday in the same week as she and we were absolutely satisfied, as mentioned above. In addition, they apparently cannot justify their 1-star rating :(
