Unfortunately not what it used to be.
I restored my series 3 over 10 years ago, and everything worked out great. I was always amazed at how reliably, quickly and competently the orders were processed. Now I've bought a 130 and partially restored it and there were problems with every second order: parts were missing, wrong parts were delivered, entire orders simply didn't arrive several times and no or hardly any responses or reactions to calls or emails. Two of the 4 new doors had to be straightened before painting, the wss seal took 4 weeks to arrive. (Nice if you wait so long for the last part) and again and again you get the information that the order is on the way, which is then not true. It's a shame about the good reputation they once had. I'll never order anything again! I'm sure not to be fooled!
Have often ordered spare parts ... everything was always delivered quickly and correctly ... I would like to take this opportunity to thank you ...!

Parts have still not arrived for 3 weeks, without notification. Telebestung on the phone not portable either wrong or too few parts are delivered and that for 1.5 times the price you otherwise pay. 3 large orders worth around € 1000 placed, each time suspected that it will get better next time, but unfortunately that was not the case! No further orders.
