If you have an appointment at 9, be sure to arrive at 10. Dr. Winkler will probably come at 9:30. Never had this issue with Dr. Karl-Heinz. Otherwise, they are professional and I do recommend them.
In principle, you don't like going here, but he's a good doctor. Something is wrong with the ordination ...
- Long waiting times despite appointments,
- The receptionist was slow and spoke English to me, although I can already speak German very well
- Had finished the appointment, had to pay for something, couldn't because so many people had come at once in the meantime; after 30 minutes I just left without words.
Cancellation appointment by email with no callback
I have been a patient in the sports clinic Dr. Kristen. At that time on the recommendation of a lady who, after a complicated broken hand by Dr. Kristen was treated excellently. I came to Dr. after a herniated disc in the thoracic vertebrae Kristen and has been able to avoid surgery through careful care. I'm pain free. I feel in good hands.
The practice is open to cash registers and has the elegant flair of a private practice. (Which it is also). In practice, deposits can be adjusted directly and treated by several experienced physiotherapists on site. The atmosphere is relaxed, very friendly and extremely competent. Recommendation!!!!
Before Christmas I had problems with my ankle, the first orthopedic surgeon I was with sent me back home, only in the Akh I was then sent to the MRI, with one (at the age of 45 years osteoarthritis finding!) I went again to this orthopedic doctor, who after 3 minutes with 3 brochures and the instruction that I should read this and then inform him about the injections I would like to have.
I was desperate!!!
Luckily I came to Dr. Heinz Kristen - he really took the time for me, sensed the ankle well, moved in all directions, sensed the pain points - an ultrasound then showed that I had bone chips in my ligament from a snowboarding accident that had been going on for decades (you could even do that in the MR not see) - I feel in the very best hands now !! Thoroughly examined, treated well, took time! And with a cash register doctor, that's more than exceptionally great, because normally you pay a doctor a minimum of € 140 for such good treatment!
I can Dr. Highly recommend Heinz Kristen and his team! T. Tölly
