We were in June for wine tasting and ordering and enjoyed the 2-hour, very interesting and educational tour of the organic vineyard. What an effort and joy in the result! Most impressive - but really hard work to create this wonderful wine. The highest respect for Mr. Söll.

Enjoyment and sustainability with every sip, a wine with sustainable cultivation of the vineyards, in terms of taste it dances a little out of line - in a positive sense. Surprisingly fruity - a light summer splash - the Pinot Blanc. Sustainability in management and hospitality - rooms with a great view and great leisure activities round off the overall package. "The moon as a time and rhythm generator in the vineyard" If this sentence is not just marketing, but also lived practice, a wine is created that is gentle on everyone involved and has an outstanding taste - with a wide variety of varieties. A wine that will definitely be on our favorites list!

It was a beautiful, relaxing 4 days with a wonderful view of the vineyards. The wine tasting in good weather and the subsequent snack was successful despite the storm. Wines for every taste. The entire ambience is romantically dreamy. Well-kept natural garden with terrace. Will definitely come again.
