I've been well advised for a year now. Get a clear tenant profile even for difficult properties, solutions for e-refueling and concepts for vacant space.

Best HV, which I found in Vienna. Has responded quickly and competently to water damage; In addition, I even got a rent reduction for 3 months. I can not understand the bad reviews; there are much more incompetent property management companies. (e.g., HV Nemeth)

The staff very rude, inhumane, uncooperative do not go to the problems of the tenants a main thing cash only charcoal whether man has problems. Only money is important. I wish nimanden such a property management !!!!!!

Most extremely unfriendly staff, which not a bit strives weiterzuhelfen one. We were a week in a cold apartment let sit until at all times someone came to look at what new gas boiler in question comes as a replacement for the defective. We also could not agree on even a date for the installation, we had namely done within an hour, but was groundless rejected. You are treated condescendingly and generally has only once to blame. Very rarely is a friendly lady on the phone, but since you really have been lucky. Each day when I was with this HVW in contact, was thus worse.

Are unable to make a call within 2 days. Very unfriendly at that ... punished with this property manager
