1 star is even too much. I don't know who manages the DrSmile website, but when it comes to booking appointments, it doesn't matter. Yesterday I booked my appointment 1 hour in advance, as the system works ... When I arrive there, I am told the doctor has already left and whether I am sure that my appointment is now. To be on the safe side, I'll look again, maybe I was wrong .. no, today's date is very clear. The lady at the ordination apologized and wanted to offer me an appointment for tomorrow, then the second lady gave me a business card and said I should make an appointment with the doctor "personally". So I called the lady and when asked why nobody contacted me in time, she claims to have called me three times "personally" and wrote an email that she could not keep the appointment. I didn't get a call, SMS or email, except the SMS that my appointment was confirmed. She tells me again that she called VERY SURE and could not reach me .. Also on my second question, why can I book an appointment that will not take place, I should contact the DrSmile site and complain there. Today (the next day) I get a call and SMS that my appointment TODAY unfortunately cannot take place, an appointment that I have not even promised and by chance my number works today and I can be reached. After you are able to cheat your customers as hard as a rock and claim things that are not right, there is no further interest in setting foot in these or other Dr SMile practices. If an initial interview is so unprofessional, I'm glad that the appointment never took place.
