Dr. Pafla always has time for sick animals, whether they are dogs, cats or everyone else. Even in her scant free time, she helps wherever she can and does not turn away sick animals. For me she is the best and I would never go anywhere else. The treatment costs are also covered by Dr. Pafla always manageable and appropriate. 👍👍👍

I wanted to have my dog ​​examined today because it hasn't eaten for 2 days and my vet is still on vacation this week. I described the situation to the vet (was not Ms. Pafla herself) and asked if I could please come over because I am very worried. She just asked me if I was there before. I informed her that I was there with my dog ​​as a puppy - where he was only treated by Hannes at the time - but then I “went with” Hannes because it was more practical for me as a Kapfenberger and Hannes has known my dog ​​for 13 weeks old is. Their reaction was as follows: Then call Hannes and listen to the tape and drive to his representative ... My dog ​​was refused treatment there because I am with the Kapfenberg veterinary team - and therefore with a former employee. Hope Ms. Pafla reads this review. Because I don't think that such a statement from an employee of her is in her sense!
