The gingerbread is just great but my favorites are the Schaumspitz and have been since my childhood! Local and sales room very nice and really lovely ladies in the sales, especially Andrea and Evelin!

The order in the online shop is evaluated: goods arrive quickly and undamaged, the gingerbread specialties are a dream! Addiction factor :) Very high quality and delicious honey! Great high quality catalog by mail. Definitely worth a recommendation, obviously the products are a bit more expensive, but in my opinion they are also worth it.

In times of mass tourism, the quality of the products has also had a massive negative impact! Cakes are no longer in stock in the well-known quality! One is no longer served anyway, often rather supplicants if one is allowed to wait 20 minutes! Unfortunately, business success is no guarantee of quality! It's a shame that there are hardly any really good pastry shops left! The store is literally overrun, and customers fall by the wayside 🤨
