Terrible, they stand outside the opera selling tickets but it’s not for the opera. It turns out to be for this little terrible room, terribly maintained, terribly catered, and you can see the scam when you see all the memorabilia laid out on the table like street stands. This was not worth any amount of money whatsoever and is completely negative experience. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, ESPECIALLY LOOK OUT FOR THOSE IN RED COSTUMES.

The venue is not a high end one. The concert itself was enjoyable. I didn't like the trick of a coat deposit for €1.5 and a program handout for €5.

Sellers at the front entrance are extremely rude and just push ticket sales: We inquired about the concert but after saying we had to think about it (I tried taking a photo of the poster) the guy got physically defensive and ushered us onto the street saying “leave now please”. I’m sure the concert would have been fine but seems like its just for tourists. Worst encounter in vienna so far.
