Tourist trap!!! There's a really nice pool with a view of the mountains, but turns out you're not allowed here unless you're a hotel guest. The 3 hour spa sauna entrance is a shocking €42 and honestly my local spa in Dresden has more variety and quality (~€20) The facilities here are actually quite small due to duplication within textile and non-textile areas. The staff didn't turn up for one of the scheduled Aufguss' events and one of the customers had to do it for everyone. There's actually Max 4 types of sauna there.
Absolutely loved it!! The place is relatively expensive but you get quality for it. The Sauna and Spa area is amazing and I didn't want to leave!
Spa area was amazing and great to enjoy. More than enough choices of sauna, steam bath, pools and jacuzzis. Private Spa area missing a jacuzzi, but else very nice to relax. Restrictions due to corona were sensible and not too much to impact the experience. Food with amazing taste and definitely well executed. Not exquisit but great. Only drawback from my point of view is charging over €6 for the water at dinner. In addition the „Maroni und Sturm“ experience had zero flair and both were at an extra cost. Both unfortunate for a place like this, as it spoils the overall experience.
