Not again!
Ordered something before Christmas. Goods were delivered promptly and should be on 18.12. be delivered. However, since Servus on the market square does not manage to print the complete address on the label, the mail could not distribute the shipment. A call to customer service was unfortunately negative. They were not ready to send a replacement delivery to me, the employee was very angry and was not interested in a solution to my problem.
An email to customer service showed that they were a little more insightful and admitted the error. As compensation, I was offered a credit of € 10 on my next bill.
Three weeks later I get a payment reminder for the insufficiently addressed and therefore never delivered package !!
Apparently, some things don't work with Servus!
bad experience with payment processing via PayPal. I had ordered a product (I also received one later!) And was wrongly forwarded to the PayPal page several times during the ordering process. Then I saw in my bank statements that my order had been triple deducted in terms of quantity. I then complained about this problem to Marktplatz by telephone and I was assured that they would credit the excess amounts transferred to me. I waited a long time but no repayment was received. I then had my direct debit withdrawn by my savings bank because I didn't want to wait any longer. Unfortunately I got the message via Paypal that I have to transfer the amounts back to the seller because he could prove the tracking. But one thing is still open: I still haven't got my money back from the cancellation and due to this stress with Paypal I also had to pay processing fees! Really very annoying and I feel pulled out !!!
