Staff could be much more friendly. It seems the 3 people I spoke to didn’t like to work there
Waited more than 30 minutes to ask for a pair of headphones because the worker was busy with a single sale the whole time. The store closed by the time we got to talk to the particular worker.
If you are an expat in Salzburg avoid this store. Indeed I am not a German speaker but once I asked information to one of the employees on the Washing Machine section I was told that not speaking German was not acceptable and I would not be assisted by anyone and he laugh at the situation. This Unprofessional behavior reflects on the store culture.

Huge electronics store. You will find everything from house appliances to Mac Computers, from home theaters to mobile phones. They carry most big brands and you will find monthly discounts on interesting items. A lot of personnel, attentive and cordial service.
