Fairly ridiculous experience with McShark. If you want prompt and on point service - look elsewhere. On site staff are friendly (only reason for the 2 stars and not 1) but somewhat unequipped to handle problematic situations. The online sales system is a complete joke. COMPLETELY unreliable delivery estimation system and the online sales team is NEVER available over the phone.

I were today in McSHARK shop in Europark in Salzburg, Austria. I was asking to take the phone on installments payment and they told me not really polite if im not speaking good german language they can't give me installments payment. Im leaving in Austria, Im working here and they just make discrimination for people who doesn't speak perfectly german!... im disappointed ...

Awesome Apple Store. Bought a MacBook there and I'm very satisfied. The employees are very friendly and are always trying to help you. They are patient and always looking for the perfect offer :) It was awesome... hope to visit this store soon again... they've also got phone cables, covers and cases...
