Absolutely embarrassing for Villeroy & Boch to ask customers for a "plastic bag". Absolutely last class. In every other shop in the Design Outlet Center there are paper bags for free.

Too bad that the prices quoted with those at the box office do not always agree. Mistakes can be made, and as a consumer I do not have to buy. But I can fool myself! I will not buy anything there anymore!
