Bought a fully automatic coffee machine. Unfortunately the bad buy is full. Part of it was missing and was given back to us, but we did not only want to complain about the money Goods against goods. Best to try on site

Bought a vacuum cleaner that burned down after 2 months !!! So far so good ... with an outlet you don't always start from A Ware anyway ... But then the right process started, which should (actually) make a business stand out from the internet! I brought the vacuum cleaner back for repair and was at first surprised that I didn't get a replacement device (as written it burned down after 2 months). I went into the belief that you would apologize 100 times for the inconvenience and you could not explain how something like this could happen ... Well, wrong thought ... The device was sent for repair and I was told it would be sent home .... After 2 weeks without a vacuum cleaner (!) I went back to the shop and asked if I could at least get a loan device !? The lady said no we can't do anything ... I felt like I was being treated like I'm not a shop customer .. In any case, I told the lady that I have filed civil rights and would like to point out that according to the applicable case law, the repair must be done in a reasonable time and this is less than 2 weeks with a vacuum cleaner ... The lady replied I know the consumer protection law and so on there is nothing ... Now I had the choice to discuss the applicable jurisdiction with a saleswoman or just to go ... I did the second ... It's been a month now and I still don't have a vacuum cleaner .... Long story short ... never again Home and Cook !!! Since you always denounce the Internet trade and regional shopping, etc. ... but the fact is, I would have a new device at Amazon (after a week) at the latest! Addendum: currently no device and no information for over 2 months! Another addendum: In the meantime, July 2020 almost 8 months for repairs and I still haven't got a vacuum cleaner. When I asked the shop, I got the answer; Repairs are done by a quality company and the matter has nothing to do with them anymore 🤣🤣🤣🤣
