Was about the choice between two standard tiles (apartment purchase via property developer). Although it was immediately clear to the gentleman that they didn't earn anything from me, I was given detailed and absolutely professional advice. The employee made a very experienced and competent impression👍🏻

I wanted to bring something back today. Was returned by car at 1658. Not possible only until 16ˋ30. I then intervened. An employee came up with his smartphone in hand and pointed to it. It is now 5 p.m. Not customer friendly. So only tomorrow and then never again.

So today I finally have to report on my experience at C. Bergmann. Apart from the great selection and the competitive prices, I was particularly stuck with the top top advice from my contact person - and that for months now because of Corona. I was looked after by Patrick Gaugler, who advised me in every way, with competence and heart, patience and super useful tips and advice, always friendly and not "pushy" as you may have already experienced. I found it particularly great that Mr. Gaugler was always available for me and was at my side not only with regard to the tiles himself, but also with advice on the whole subject of renovation / bathroom / outdoor areas. He shouldn't have done so extensively, but he was happy to do it. You feel that you are in good hands and then you really enjoy buying the products. Therefore from this point: Top man, top company, I can definitely recommend it!
