Not sure how good the doctor is, but the staff who handle the scheduling is very, very rude. I called to make an appoint, as usual I asked if they could speak in English, but the receptionist just said NO, and hung up! This is the first time in Austria since past 4 months someone ever do that. So, if you don't speak Deutsche, don't even bother calling up to make an appointment.

I have been supported by Dr. Mantler takes care of him medically and values his calm and empathetic manner. A doctor who takes time for his patients and listens to them.

As the worst doctor ever, they lost my blood test and then asked me to come again. The waiting time for the next appointment is crazy (~ 3 weeks). When I got to the appointment, nobody opened the door. I don't understand, the doctor should always help people, not like Dr. Mantler. I think for him, patients are only his servant because they always need him to cure their illness.

Great doctor, highly recommended and that's what I say as a former nurse who questions everything. He is competent, direct and has very good contact addresses to specialists. My health was having a difficult time when I came to see him and he referred me to a specialist that I've been with for years. I had a very serious car accident with sick leave for over a year and a wheelchair in which he supported me a lot, especially when it came to dealing with authorities. I haven't been with him for a long time because I now live far away, but I still recommend him very often to friends and acquaintances. I am very grateful to him to this day.
