Trucks do not have parking space in the area, quick unloading on the side at a store, friendly staff

Truck drivers from the STO company come to the construction site and are unable to load or unload the truck themselves. We were told by phone beforehand that he needs help, otherwise he just drives again! 1 pack or 4 polystyrene sheets do not weigh 10 kg. It's interesting what some people have for a work ethic. STO representatives forget half of the things you do with him. Simply more than incapable. I cannot recommend this company. I don't want to provoke anyone with this review or give your company a bad name but it's really the truth. I have never seen anything like this anywhere else.
