A star for the beautiful natural gel nails at Anica. A star for pleasant and thorough pedicure. A star for the rather cheap service. Now only a feminine and refined atmosphere is missing, which will soon be realized (in the new Aphrodite on Taborstrasse).

There is a star because washing, cutting and blow-drying for 15 euros is really really cheap. There was another employee here a few years back that I really liked. The staff have never been so good at German, but so far it has always been enough to communicate. Today, another colleague had to be fetched again and again because she did not even understand simple terms. Please take a German course, you are working here in the service industry. Then I started explaining it to her in English, that was even worse than German, so unfortunately not at all. The second star is there because the staff was hard-working, but if I say 5x, the hair dryer is too hot, and he is still too hot this is for me a NO-GO. Top: Price-performance ratio, because I really feared the worst, due to the turbulent communication, I'm relatively positively surprised by the cut. I came immediately. In need of improvement: knowledge of German (at least that the customer understands what he wants), possibly English if you can not speak German, to respond to the customer.
