So why there are 5 stars can only be friends. Starting with getting the appointment, she makes me wait a long time for confirmation and only writes back when I remember. Second, confirmed by her in writing, she forgot to enter the appointment. In the three weeks I could have gone somewhere else. When I arrived she was rude and pretended to lie and after reading our history she said: AHA. No excuse, nothing. I was then allowed to go again, kind of "unlucky" and I'm happy that I did it, would have been a shame for my money. Catastrophic
