Started to taste my assortment before Easter and am thrilled! The name "specialties" is absolutely correct - I especially like the "Marioniwiascht", and I particularly like to eat them as a snack to snack on with various vegetables in between ... simply delicious! And all with the good knowledge that it is domestic pork and only natural ingredients are used. Highly Recommended!

The quality and taste of the products are absolutely fine! But unfortunately the payment process via the online shop is a disaster. I received the goods at the beginning of September and immediately noticed that there was no invoice with the delivery and immediately contacted the seller. She pointed out to me that the invoice is always sent at the end of the month. When I received the bill for € 26.57, I wanted to pay it immediately via e-banking. However, my e-banking showed that the IBAN is incorrect. I tried several times but the IBAN on my invoice had to be wrong. So I contacted them again and sent them the screenshots from the bank and the invoice. Since I didn't get any feedback in writing, I called the lady. My call was inconvenient and she promised to call me back. Admittedly, after I didn't get a callback, I forgot to get in touch. Now 4 months have passed and I called again and my call came again a little inconveniently and again a callback was made out that came today. However, I missed this call due to scheduling reasons. After my appointment, I just saw a nasty message on my cell phone that I should FINALLY pay the bill, otherwise a letter would come from your lawyer. Then I pointed out to you that I cannot pay it because the IBAN is wrong and you should check the IBAN on my invoice again and asked her to bring the money in cash. Graciously, I got a screenshot from the saleswoman from the footer of her invoice and the IBAN wasn't even close to the same ?! How could I ever have paid the bill? Thank goodness this IBAN was correct and I was finally able to pay my bill of € 26.57. ADDENDUM: Everyone is free to write reviews of other people's profiles. Furthermore, the naming violates the GDPR. I want to clarify that a transfer was not possible! As already explained above, I reported on November 6th, 2019 that the IBAN on your invoice must have an error and also sent you the error message. I received the first threat with a lawyer on Facebook on January 23rd, 2020, after which I called her and again made you aware of the wrong IBAN. After that there was radio silence again. I received the second threat on February 11, 2020 over the phone. I pointed out to her again that the IBAN was incorrect and offered to bring the money over personally. Then it was noted that I was telling nonsense and finally I was finally sent an IBAN which worked. So I finally transferred the money on February 11th, 2020. I would also like to say again that the invoice amount was € 26.57! Of course I have documented everything and also like to include pictures of the correspondence if you can no longer remember the process and the invoice amount. In addition, I would like to point out that you have unfortunately not received any reminders by post or email.
