About 2 months ago we had a laminate floor delivered. Not only that the delivery arrived at the agreed time, the deliverer was very friendly and the packaging was more than perfect. Having a delivery is so fun!

Despite the lockdown, a lot is made possible for traders. For one project, we needed a floor that was only in stock in this branch. The relocation would have delayed everything and would have taken too long. The order and collection was exemplary. Everything checked within the framework of everything. Thank you when regional companies support themselves in this way for the benefit of customers who cannot come themselves. The trader receives the goods and can generate new customers and do the work right away.

Very helpful, solution-oriented and friendly employees. In contrast to another hardware store in Steyr, employees are also informed across departments. Very pleasant shopping experience - despite the mask 😉

WAR bis heute mein Favorit bei Baumaterialien. Nach 15min anstellen bei EINER Baustoffkassa (zur Abholung einer vorbestellten und nicht vorbereiteten Onlinereservierung) wurde mir gesagt, dass der Rabatt mit der Siedlervereinskarte nur mehr in Verbindung mit der OBI App abgezogen wird. Man kann auch echt alles verkomplizieren. Zum Glück gibts in der Nähe das Bauhaus, da gibt es solche "Systemprobleme" nicht. Die haben sich gefreut :)
