Reviews
I went there once and will never go again. They cut my hair in literally 5 minutes and totally different from what I asked. I had to go to another hair saloon right after for them to correct rhe mistakes. Also, I had to wait 15 minutes inside on the chair while the arrogant hairdresser was deinking coffee with friends outside. Absolute disaster.
Haven't experienced the service yet, but they were nice when I wanted to cancel my appointment. Gonna be going there soon.

Perfect
The hairdressers themselves do a very good job here. It only becomes problematic when it comes to the boss himself and customer service on site. I can hardly imagine that the barber shop is his main source of income because otherwise he would treat customers differently.
Haircut + beard trimming and eyebrow plucking for New Year's Eve a whopping 50 euros - chips and drinks included (laughs). Appointment made recently, not kept correctly and no apology from the big boss. But he probably doesn't need this, and neither will me as a paying customer in the future :)
