I have dropped my cheap Seiko 5 at the beginning of August to change the broken glass. It took more than one month to change it, but it is ok, it was August. Price: 105€ to change a glass and a seal (35€ on eBay for both). He DIDN’T DO any maintenance to the calibre. My theory is that, as soon as he got that I’m Italian, he simply cheated me. Last but not least, he hasn’t provided me any invoice. I hope that the Viennese people is not all like him. Totally disappointing, never again.

Maybe I caught the master watchmaker on a bad day, but I've probably never been treated as rude as this business. Simple comprehension questions were answered in an almost aggressive manner. It's a shame because the business basically makes a good impression.
