I had thermal maintenance today and am very convinced of this company. The technician explained everything to me very clearly. There were parts that had to be changed and were not included in the thermal bath maintenance. The technician then discussed with the property management that you would bear these costs and not me. Very pleasant :)

By far the most professional gas appliance company. The plumbers are very professional, incredibly friendly, reliable, and honest (and by no means looking for a profit). Even if the unforeseeable happens, they come back to customers even after a very late evening to make sure that everything was done / installed to the best of their knowledge (whereas other companies, in my experience, did not). Recommendable!

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the negative reviews, because I was also relieved by more than € 450 during the last thermal maintenance. The landlord does not want to cover the costs and, among other things, more was charged on the invoice than was made. Due to the charisma and the convincing manner of the installer, you are overwhelmed in the situation and are (naively) convinced that everything is right.

For the second time I have had very good experiences with this company. In the years before I had always commissioned different companies for my thermal service, each time small things had to be repaired or replaced. For example, I always found the relatively high costs for the journey to be a cheek, which even an installer who is only 4 minutes' walk away from my apartment required. Every year I paid around € 200 for the service. Last year, the Stanek employee, a very dear gentleman named Philipp, seemed to me to be very competent and friendly, he explained a lot to me and answered all of my questions. He was also very satisfied with the condition of my thermal bath, both last year and this year. The price was also absolutely okay and compared to what I have paid so far, even downright cheap. I can absolutely recommend the Stanek company, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would give more, and I will definitely be doing my thermal maintenance there again next year.

I was very pleased. The agreed price was respected, the technician was very friendly and polite, adhered to all security measures and remained calm despite the stress of moving. Maintenance was done within 15 minutes, and the workplace was left clean. I can't say anything negative. :)
