Nice apartment with a good location for transport.

Guest ants! I stayed 3 nights from 17 to 20 August 2018 in this attic, finding the presence of ants and moths due to poor cleaning and disinfestation. In the small blind bathroom there is no electric aerator for air exchange. The surface of the attic and its reduced volume due to the sloping roof are insufficient to accommodate 3/4 people. The small condominium lift carries only 3 people and to access the attic you have to walk up one floor (with suitcases IT IS NOT COMFORTABLE). There is no communal garden as seen in the photos. NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE NOT TO BE REPEATED, NEVER AGAIN!

What to say Alex the guy who works and very kind and helpful but the lodging and a dump all dirty without the spare sheets very rundown after 10 minutes we were there an electric socket caught fire and we slept in the cold one night .. . the following day took steps to repair it and repaid us a pity that yesterday night the electric heaters are games and we were dinuovo cold CAUTION IO CI HO PUT tHE PORTABLE SINCE tHE eLECTRICAL SYSTEM SUCKS. OUTLETS WARM AND I MADE FROM THE PC THERE ARE CURRENT FLUCTUATIONS .. definitely not the attic and under .. all complemented by an absurd dust everywhere stinks broken double sofa bed with all the planks routes STAY AWAY. pity that does not make me post the photos otherwise you could see for yourself! If they renew it as the boy told me then it is a good place ... but until they renew it, don't set foot ... in the sofa bed in the dresser there were dirty used sheets and duvets !!! and a box of chocolates sports expired and melted by the heat !!! The heater in the bathroom is dangerous. It is nothing but an incandescent resistance. The kitchen and the whole thing is running, the fridge and all the TV is badly worth crisscrossing ... the elevator is very small and only comes to the third floor then you have to make a plan on foot. .. in return the area offers good services the metro and behind the house and is full of shops where with 10 euros you eat like a king vote structure -0.
