After we kept our old thermal bath alive for 3 years through maintenance and spare parts purchases, it was time to replace it this year. We had some offers from different companies from various manufacturers and finally decided on the company Recher. A few points were decisive for this: - Mr. Frey took a lot of time to analyze the situation, answered questions in detail and did not try to convince us during the inspection. He also didn't mention a thumbs-up as an "offer" like other companies did. - When preparing the offer, he went through all the points with me and answered questions openly and honestly. - During the renegotiation, after our mutual comparison with other products, everything worked great and we were able to agree on a price that was satisfactory for both parties. - Verbal promises were kept - so an absolute handshake quality! - The offer included all work, from dismantling the old heating system to filling the new one. After all the key points had been agreed, our appointment unfortunately came in between Corona. We were informed about this by a friendly lady on the phone. Since our system was already messing around, we were promised that they would come immediately if it should fail - in this respect a top service! After Corona, the new gas boiler and the installation team finally came: All the fitters were friendly and started to work immediately. It seems to be a well-rehearsed team: dismantling the parts, transporting them to the car, analyzing the lines and starting assembly. A small problem arose, but this could be solved immediately by telephone with Mr. Frey. Here, too, there were no discussions, rather a assemblage point was apparently misunderstood - problem recognized, discussed, solved, over. This is one of the reasons why I go to a specialist company! After connecting the gas boiler and filling it, Mr. Research over and practically took off the system. The communication with the chimney sweep was also taken over and we only had to make an appointment with him, show him the system and then give him 2 signatures. In my opinion, it couldn't be easier. All in all, I would like to thank the company Recher and also point out that the ladies in the office were extremely friendly with every call - unfortunately that is not a matter of course either.
