In the course of replacing a hot water tank (which was done properly), the painting on a larger area was unintentionally soiled by the fitter - this can happen, and you can actually imagine that a solution to the damage will be found in conversation. Unfortunately, Mr. GF Strak has consistently ignored many emails and requests for callbacks over the course of weeks. Only the (serious) threat of legal action led to a tight reaction, and since then there has been radio silence ... unfortunately really not worth recommending.

I can only advise against this company! Unfortunately, I was blinded by the good Google reviews of Sinn & Strak and commissioned this company with the complete renovation of the bathroom and toilet. The whole thing ended in a single disaster and my bathroom and toilet were botched! Instead of the promised 2 weeks without a bathroom, it became 5 weeks and my entire apartment was completely filthy. I always had the impression that the employees sent by Sinn & Strack had no idea what they were doing and when I brought in a professional, this was confirmed. The newly installed toilet and shower had to be torn out again, etc. But even after this repair, a lot of things still don't fit and are apparently not professional. Next, I and the neighbor below me suffered water damage, which probably came from my apartment and was apparently caused by Sinn & Strak. Now Mr. Strak doesn't take off either and leaves my neighbor with a big hole in the ceiling. My kitchen and the floors were also completely scratched. For example, the tiler simply placed the tiles on the kitchen worktop! Since the company refuses to pay for the damage, the case will go to court! I think the uploaded pictures speak volumes.
