Absolutely unprofessional handling of the customer: One is not taken seriously and sold for stupid. Therme still dripping while heating "Take a picture next time." Walk away to us are 3 minutes on foot. We waited 30 minutes for the installer on a scheduled appointment in the morning - of course no apology. Last year, a lump sum was charged for the way time (3 min!). The head office apparently does not care that they have lost a customer.
