Totally lousy scammers! My chimney sweep detected CO values that were too high, the plumber then replaced something and said it was now repaired. Then we (the chimney sweep and I) followed a measurement result for over 2 months - Proventus simply didn't take off again. Only when I called with a suppressed number. Then it was said that you no longer have the measurement protocol and have to come again. They did that and noticed that the CO value still does not match, and with the said protocol, they simply did not write this value down. Thank God I sent the photo to the chimney sweep. He then came back to me to measure and found that the CO value is just as stupid as in July.
