Extremely rude, arrogant, irresponsible, and illiterate personnel who live in medievals. If you send a request for an apartment rental you will know what I mean. Don't send them an email because it won't be read. Don't call them or they will hang up on you while you talk- yes this is for real. If you want to see one of their apartments, they will ask for documents of your whole life simply for visiting one! Plus, they decide for your eligibility for this visit with their extremely limited knowledge. I know how ridiculous this sounds, but I experienced this.
