Ordered window beams from Opitz 5 years ago as part of our house renovation - we were named as a dealer in the Villach area. Mr. Stieber was very nice and tried hard, everything worked perfectly. 4 years later the first problems with the openers of the beams were done without any problems. A bar was taken to the factory this year because there was a problem here too and was exchanged without problems at the end of the day. Praise from Opitz and especially Mr. Stieber.

You shouldn't have any questions after placing the order! Nobody feels responsible! After assembly, there is no question whether everything is OK! But the bills come on time! Don't call back! After this experience, I would not take this company anymore! Your luck that you only have new windows installed once in your life !!
