Emergency on Sunday afternoon - Dr. Paulitsch was the only veterinarian in Villach Umgebung to be reached. Competent, calm examination and treatment of our dog even though we were lost in panic / delayed. Many thanks to Dr. Paulitsch and his wife!

I had an emergency on a sunday, my cat's ear was injured. 250 € without invoice, which I would still have actzepiert if the work would have been at least properly done. Among other things, he did not shave the hair around the wound properly and they grew together with the fresh scar. The cervical collar was too tight and was constantly on the injury, so it could not heal properly. After pus came out of the wound, I drove on Tuesday then then to my regular veterinarian (veterinarian team Dr. Sommeregger, Spittal) and then have the botched by Dr. med. Paulitsch repaired again. Fortunately, my cat is doing well now. The only positive was his wife / assistant, which was nice.
