Great service and shopping assistance
My children and I were given perfect advice today. Great service and great selection!
Absolutely unprofessional,
If you want to borrow equipment (Saturday) you have to pay 3 full days since you can give them back only Monday. There is no way to bring them back otherwise.
Of course, this was concealed in the equipment reservation, so you do not pay 40 € but 120 € for 1 day dive?
I chose the shop based on the good reviews, but I cannot understand them. Shortly before the beach vacation, I bought a diving mask that turned out to be defective when I checked it closely. Although I urgently needed replacement just before the vacation, the seller refused to replace it. Instead, he sent them in for warranty repairs. For me that meant: I had to buy a mask (somewhere else) and the repaired mask was useless. In a situation where damaged goods were sold to me, I would have expected more courtesy.
Although I was looking for a "relatively simple" product like diving goggles and a snorkel, the advice was unique.
I was sure to get 8-10 different glasses to try and then the hint that the right one would be available in a set with a snorkel at a particularly low price.
I have what I wanted and can now say that I am generally better informed thanks to the good advice.
