I cannot judge performance. The behavior on the phone was very unfriendly! When I called towards the end of the lockdown to find out how long you would have to wait for an appointment (approximate estimate) I was snapped at whether I was not aware that we were in lockdown and that his studio was not open! When I said that I was very well aware of this and that I only wanted a rough estimate of the waiting time after the lockdown, he continued very unfriendly that he had more than enough to deal with and that was the case with all colleagues and I therefore practically from an appointment 6 monsters ago shouldn't even dream. Due to his very dubious nature on the phone, I decided against becoming a customer of his and got an appointment with a colleague 3 days later.
