Good quality toys for reasonable prices

Bad customer service, completely unreliable! We bought a lot from this company, but there were NEVER again 4 incidents after which! Also absolutely no further recommendation! The icing on the cake was when we reserved a baby seat for our second child in early pregnancy and finally didn't get one because a customer had twins ..... We were told whether everything was ok when making the reservation, always said "yes, not a problem ". a week beforehand, no problem, we can pick it up, come next week and then on the day of pickup, we didn't have any because, as I mentioned above, a customer had twins, had bad luck. No excuse, no help / effort to find you on such short notice. Not even for possibly a week later, simply deleted .... Although we also pointed out that we were in a very difficult situation at that time (therefore this recession is not timely).

If there were 6 stars, Schmid prams would have deserved them !!! ... The advice, the explanations and the friendliness are definitely worth the few euros more than with online retailers ... With the team you can tell that the job is also a calling ... Don't be alarmed if the child seat you have bought is installed on site by a specialist becomes!

Schmid stroller is THE address for the Baby-Erstausstattung! The team is very competent, takes care of the needs of the customers and does not chatter on anything. You feel welcome, well cared for and advised! Great is the possibility that we could put together a baby box with all the products we wanted. This allowed our friends and relatives to choose what fit their budget and liked them. Great is the personal advice, especially for prams and car seats! The range of REBOARDERN is very big! High chairs are available in every price segment! When we bought a baby carriage he was set up and we were specially trained.

Top advice, good selection, very friendly staff / owner. You can tell, here you are familiar with the products and can therefore also offer services that are impossible elsewhere (installation of a child seat in the car, etc.). I always liked to shop here for our two little ones, even long after the purchase you can easily contact the experts with questions! Top!
