I left my car with Fritz for repair work (damage to the bonnet and windshield, scratches on the boot lid). The scratch on the rear now looks the same as before (maybe the notch is a little smaller) and instead of the white stains from the chipped paint, I now have dark raised stains on the bonnet. The stone chipping on the window is now "only" visible from the inside. I am not at all satisfied with the result. I would have expected from a professional company that I would be informed in advance about the feasibility of repair work instead of hearing afterwards that it couldn't be better. I would have preferred to save the money for a high-quality repair.

Fast, competent repairs and absolutely transparent. Mr. Fritz and his team work in the interests of the customer! It is always the price in advance and I had the impression, that nothing was sold to me which is not absolutely necessary. In addition, my car was rarely as clean as after the repair 😉! Thank you very much!
