The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, I've been shopping at Kik for years, even in the old one (formerly Lodengasse) and was always greeted warmly. You can find almost everything you need and the price-performance ratio also fits. I will continue to shop there 👍🔝

Were looking for a costume for my son and a few other things today. Suddenly my little son (3) had to go to the toilet urgently. I asked the saleswoman if the little man could use the toilet for a moment (I know that there is no customer toilet there). We were not allowed to do this. I work in retail myself and in my previous branch we didn't have a customer toilet either. Nevertheless, we let older people and children in the toilet. From a human point of view, unfortunately, at the very bottom. Despite the whole Corona madness
