I do not understand the trouble?!! For me, it essentially worked out fine! I had to call twice, but then it worked. They seem to have a lot of work to do. No problems when viewing. We had time pressure because of moving, so they met us and we were allowed in a few days beforehand. We took the first apartment straight away! Klagenfurt is a small but fine city! LG Edi

I can only agree, this broker is definitely not recommended. Either it all takes forever or there is no response at all.

Kater stanza. Brokers can neither be reached on cell phones nor on the company landline. After several contact attempts, it was finally possible to make an appointment after a week. No one appeared on the agreed date. There was no response to calls. Absolutely dubious. Not recommendable.

Hardly reachable by phone! At the agreed viewing date, 30 minutes later, nobody was still there and we could not reach anyone by phone ... absolutely not recommended!
