I ordered porcelain knobs, drawer handles and key leaves for an old, refurbished kitchen buffet. The things fit perfectly and are very valuable. The process was completely uncomplicated and everything was there within 7 days, although it comes from Austria, I live in the north of Germany - I am super satisfied.

An old desk (50s) was refurbished with pulls for the doors - delivery as described and fast. With pleasure again!

Order was only partially delivered with the note that the rest will be delivered later. After 8 weeks I contacted the service team, they said it was coming soon. Another 4 weeks nothing. Email written, but no response. 3 weeks later I wrote another email, now I was answered that it will come in 2 weeks. Now 4 weeks have passed again without a delivery of the missing items. Now I've paid for goods that didn't come and the trouble of "running" behind them. Thank you!! I can't recommend it!
