Unfriendly and rough tone towards us as guests! Reprimand parasol u. The door to the wine depot must be closed. There is so much to say about the prices that you don't know what you will ultimately have to pay. They are between 30 and 40 euros per night and person, the longer the stay, the cheaper the price. Unknown surcharge for shorter stays (up to 3 days). Our (2 couples) stay was one week (7 days). That means that we would have had to pay less than € 40 / N. In addition, the room was once not completely cleared and cleaned. At 40 euros, the breakfast menu could have been better. At least the boss could have asked if eggs (boiled, etc.) were wanted. The question was only asked once on a Sunday. Furthermore, no welcome drink was offered, as is usual in other bed and breakfasts. Since the Andreashof also produces wine, the owners could have opted for it as a welcome drink. We cannot understand the greed because the second couple bought some wine there. We will not be back, there are other pensions that have to do business more urgently in the Corona Virus time.

Very nice and clean rooms, also the whole area was very well maintained. The offer at breakfast was enormous and left nothing to be desired. Also noteworthy is the parking for the bike and the car in the courtyard, which is closed in the evening.

Unfriendly and rough tone towards the guests! There was also a lack of the usual privacy! When we were on the way, the room was entered several times and ventilated at 35 ° degrees outside temperature by opening the window and the room fan switched off, so that we could hardly sleep at night because of the heat. Personal items such as a toilet bag and laundry were put away. The "Neusiedlersee-Card" was only issued upon request.
