We had a terrible experience. We tried many times to speak with the hotel but it wasn't possible. The flights have been cancelled because covid-19 and we haven't way to go there.We tried to do a refund but they told that this is not possible, we tried to change the reservation but they told us again that this is not possible. We lost our money and the didn't care about that. They stole our money. I can't understand why the didn't change the reservation. it was my worst experience. Don't do the same mistake.

We tried to refund our money because of the covid-19 but they didn't care. We tried to change the reservation but nothing. They took our money. They stole our money. Go to another hotel or another country. Not there

It was possible to order fresh omlet and eggs for breakfast. I was able to get in after midnight, really nice stuff. Parking is to small.
