I went to this ice cream shop with a friend today and we both ordered a banana shake. Unfortunately this one was extremely sweet so we couldn't drink much from it. According to the manager, 3 scoops of banana ice cream end up in the milkshake (!!). One thick, sweet mush. And that in the heat. Unfortunately, he did not want to exchange the milkshakes when asked. He just offered to pour milk on top. It's a shame that there is no customer service!
