Comfortable ... casual? This also applies to the protection of non-smokers. The large smoking room is right here at the entrance. The non-smoking room is in the back of the restaurant, which you cannot access without going through the smoking room. In addition, the smoking room is many times larger. One wonders, how is that possible in the current legal situation? Section 13a (2): At least two separate rooms (regardless of the room size): In general, the general smoking ban applies. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the main room. If it is ensured that the tobacco smoke does not penetrate the non-smoking room (main room) and the smoking ban is not circumvented, then separate (ancillary) rooms can be declared a smoking room (no obligation). In any case, more than half of the places must be located in the non-smoking rooms.
