Hutmanufaktur Frech is the best place where you can get a high-quality and elegant hat in Vienna. It is not a big factory but a small workshop, however, you can have an excellent experience. Moreover, the owner, Mr Frech is very friendly and helpful. He presented his masterpieces and you have multiple choices. He also gave constructive advice to help you make your decision. After two weeks, the brillant hand-made hat is ready and you will be super proud of yourself that you made a right choice!

I bought three hats from Frech and are completely satisfied. The hats were beautifully made and fit perfectly. Lothar- the proprietor did a fantastic job and the price per hat were significantly cheaper than Hatmakers near me (Chicago, Illinois). I just received the "Lukas" and I think its my favorite. I also purchased the "Kurt" and "Florian" - I wear these for everyday use. Thanks Lothar and Frech for beautifully and fairly priced hats. Payment and U.S. delivery were easy. I recently ordered a hat from the Frech hat manufacturer and am impressed by the quality of the hat and the very friendly customer service. The hat fits perfectly and was made and adjusted exactly according to my wishes. Everything was cleared up by email, which is of course a huge plus in times of this pandemic. My next hat will definitely be ordered here again.

Incredibly friendly contact with Mr. Frech, all special requests were fulfilled and everything went very quickly. The quality is 1A and not to be compared with the typical hat-bulk goods. Highly Recommended!

The communication with Mr. Frech was extremely pleasant, my individual wishes were implemented to the maximum extent possible. The hat that was delivered completely corresponded to my expectations, the quality of the material and the workmanship is - as far as I can judge as a layman - excellent. Anyone who appreciates manual work, individuality and personal customer service at affordable prices will almost certainly find what they are looking for here.
