Every time I need something, half the business is full with delivery. There are pallets and boxes everywhere. It is often not even possible to buy something alone, and certainly not with a stroller. Personnel is then usually clumsy. Often you can hear the staff in the center (on the way to the toilet or on the way to the lunch break) scolding and making fun of customers. In addition to this, there are often not things that I used to buy again and again in other branches and that actually belong to the standard range and that would also have space if you didn't hang up / put an item up more often.
